Meie l\u00e4hte\u00fclesanne oli korraldada Future Hospitality & Tourism Forum \u2013 rahvusvaheline B2B konverents, kus Tellija roll oli sisu (teemad, esinejad), meie roll aga kogu teostus ja osalejate teekond algusest l\u00f5puni.<\/h2>\n

T\u00f6\u00f6 algas toimumiskohtade v\u00f5rdlusega, et leida s\u00fcndmusele parim toimumispaik (ja vajalikud k\u00f5rval alad) ning ehitada sellele tehniline ja logistiline lahendus.<\/p>\n

\u00dcks meie vastutusalasid oli kogu tehniline produktsioon<\/strong>: lava, heli-, valgus- ja videolahendused, esitluste haldus, kohapealne tiim, kujundusdetailid, k\u00fclastaja teekond koos registreerimise ja sekretariaadiga. Siia alla kuulus ka vabatahtike juhtimine ning partnerite ja sponsorite n\u00e4htavuse tagamine.<\/p>\n

Eraldi osa oli sihitud turundus valimile<\/strong>, kellele pakutavad teemad on olulised.<\/h2>\n

Paraleelselt l\u00f5ime Tellija domeenile konverentsi kodulehe ja registreerimise<\/strong> koos automaatse arvelduse, osalejate kontrolli ning lisaprogrammi lahendustega. Eelnevalt oli vastavalt brand manualile<\/em> meie kujundaja poolt loodud kogu graafiline disain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Oluline osa l\u00e4hte\u00fclesandest oli ka sponsorite v\u00e4\u00e4rtuspakkumise koostamine<\/strong> ja sponsorluse m\u00fc\u00fcgiloogika raamimine, et partnerid tuleksid projektiga sisuliselt ja rahaliselt kaasa.<\/p>\n

V\u00e4ljakutse projekti juures oli aeg sest osa ettevalmistusest ning turunduskampaaniast langes detsembrisse.<\/p>\n

Konverentsi toimumisp\u00e4evadel oli kohal 250 valdkonna tipptegijat \u00fcle Skandinaavia ning 25+ keynote speakerit \u00fcle maailma.<\/h2>\n
