Big thank you to the WOW Events team for their understanding and flexibility! At the beginning of 2020, we started the preparations for the conference planned for three hundred people, but ended with a hybrid conference in the format of a TV show at the end of September. Olavi Ruhno
Olavi Ruhno is the founder and Team Lead of WOW Events. He knows that a great event never happens by accident, but through experience, thoughtful planning, and the ability to make the right decisions at the right moment. Over the years, he has seen enough not to be fazed by last-minute changes, unexpected weather, or someone’s “brilliant” idea the night before. For clients, this means one simple thing: the job gets done, stress stays under control, and the result is professional. When he is not leading events, he also shares his experience by teaching the next generation how to do the job smarter.

Anne-Ly Ridal
Anne-Ly Ridal is a Senior Project Manager at WOW Events, bringing together extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a calm, confident approach to managing projects. Her strengths lie in building and maintaining relationships, leading projects with a steady hand, and finding solutions even when things move quickly or become challenging. Anne-Ly believes that a successful event is built on attention to detail, smart choices, and making sure people feel genuinely looked after throughout the entire process. She is the kind of professional clients can trust to keep everything on track, honour commitments, and deliver a thoughtful, polished result. here.

Tiina Kaldma
Tiina Kaldma is a Senior Project Manager at WOW Events, bringing together broad perspective, flexible thinking, and confident project leadership. Her strengths lie in finding practical solutions, building strong client relationships, and seeing the bigger picture behind the details. Tiina believes that a successful event is about more than just organisation. It is about making people feel genuinely looked after and truly engaged. I am a positive and energetic person who sees obstacles as opportunities. My enthusiasm and determination help turn ideas into action and inspire others to join in. I am easy to work with because I value collaboration, clarity, and positive energy – laughter and a good spirit always accompany me!

Marget Haug
Marget's experience in the marketing field has made her a valuable member of the team. Digital marketing makes her shine the brightest with its vast and constantly changing opportunities.
Off duty, she swaps the digital world for gardening tools, enjoys being in nature and has a specially strong love for the changing of seasons.

Virgo Jaani is the company’s founder and creative manager and when he’s not currently in the office, he’s managing his self-created portals Pulmad.ee, Helitehnikarent.ee, Pulmadeks.ee and ...
